Currently, all major courier services are experiencing extreme volumes of shipments. If a package has been stuck within the system for more than a couple of days, we will ship out a new package to you. Email us at Redeemedusaclothing.com with the subject title “LOST PACKAGE” followed by your order number. We will review the status of your package and respond shortly.

We currently have a limited amount of staff working on the phone. They are prioritizing shipping out package as fast as possible. You may not be able to reach someone on the phone, but emailing Redeemedusaclothing@gmail.com will get you a response as soon as possible (M-F 1:00pm – 6:00pm EST)
